AI features and settings
Use AI features to automate tasks and enhance your workflows
Within your account settings, enable AI features or add an API key to use on the platform by simply navigating to the gear icon in the top right corner and selecting AI Features.

AI-powered features are available throughout the platform and are listed below.
AI Features that can be enabled

Prompt engineering challenges: Coderbyte's library offers challenges for various languages and skills, including prompt engineering. Search for "Prompt" in the search filter when editing an assessment.

ChatGPT in interviews and projects: Use ChatGPT within the IDE of your live interview with a candidate or in take-home projects.
Compliance
For compliance reasons, your organization will need to first opt-into our AI Terms Addendum before enabling individual AI features. For all AI features except agentic phone screens, see these terms. For all AI features including agentic phone screens, see these terms. If you require a mutually signed addendum, contact your account manager.
To comply with labor laws, certain automations related to AI features may not be supported to ensure a human is always involved in hiring decisions.
AI models used for AI features do not retain or train on any inputs whatsoever. You can find data flow diagrams below for each feature:
