# Set up a Zoho Recruit integration

There are two ways to integrate Coderbyte with Zoho Recruit:

- **Recommended:** You can integrate Coderbyte with Zoho Recruit's Zapier app to automatically invite candidates to assessment and post assessment results to a candidate's profile. [Follow these steps.](https://help.coderbyte.com/knowledge/set-up-a-zoho-recruit-integration#Zapier)
- You can build a custom integration with Zoho Recruit using [Coderbyte's API.](https://help.coderbyte.com/knowledge/direct-api-access?hsLang=en)

### Integration via Zapier

With the Zapier integration, you can use **Triggers** and **Actions** to do the following:

- **Trigger**: when a candidate enters a specific stage in Zoho Recruit, **Action**: invite the candidate to a corresponding assessment in Coderbyte
- **Trigger**: when a candidate completes an assessment in Coderbyte, **Action**: post a link to the assessment report for the corresponding candidate in Zoho Recruit
- **Trigger**: when an admin in Coderbyte completes a scorecard, **Action**: post their score to the corresponding candidate in Zoho Recruit

Follow these steps to configure your Zaps:

- Step 1: Connect [Coderbyte to Zapier](https://help.coderbyte.com/knowledge/zapier?hsLang=en).
- Step 2: Create a [Zap between Zoho Recruit and Coderbyte](https://zapier.com/apps/zoho-recruit/integrations/coderbyte).
- Step 3: Select from either App and from one of the Triggers listed above for your desired automation.
- Step 4: Follow the steps in Zapier to complete one of the Actions listed above for your desired automation.
