Present candidates with a modal before beginning a coding challenge
Note: Custom code editor instructions are available to customers on our Bundle subscription or within the Advanced customization add-on.
To create and manage custom code editor instructions for the modal, navigate to the Customization main tab and then click Custom Messages.
From the custom messages page, you can manage your library or add a New custom message.
In the modal, choose Code editor instructions and add any custom instructions for your candidates.
Once your custom messages have been created, you can now head to the Assessment settings and choose which code editor instruction template to include.
Before candidates begin any coding challenge, they are presented with a modal with instructions. They can click "I understand" to close the modal and begin the coding challenge.
