Step 2: Login to your SmartRecruiters account and navigate to the API settings. Generate a new API Key by clicking on the 'Generate Key' button. Copy the API Key that appears on the screen.

Make sure that the API Key has the following permissions:
- Access Candidates
- Manage Candidate Status and Properties
- Access job applications
- Manage job applications
- Access Company Settings
- Access Jobs
- View, create and delete webhook subscriptions
Step 3: In Coderbyte, click on Connect next to the SmartRecruiters logo to establish the connection. You will be presented the following screen:
You will see a screen with a text field where you can paste your API Key. After pasting it, click on the Connect button.
Step 4: You can now create Workflows to automate tasks between Coderbyte and SmartRecruiters.
