To utilize personality testing within an Assessment, first make sure you have the add-on enabled. Then, from within any Assessment, click Edit and navigate to Personality testing.
You can add a single personality test to any Assessment. The following tests are available:
- Big 5: Personality test that follows the Five-Factor Model, an empirical-based theory in psychology that evaluates five overarching dimensions of personality: openness, conscientiousness, extroversion, agreeableness, and emotional stability.
- 16 Types: Personality test that is based on the work of Carl Jung. This personality test gives insight into a candidate’s source of energy, the way they process information, how they make decisions, and the kind of lifestyle they prefer.
- DISC: Behavioral test that is based on the model developed by psychologist William Marston. It classifies how we express emotions into the four behavior types of DISC: dominance (D), influence (I), steadiness (S), and conscientiousness (C).
- Enneagram: The Enneagram is a model of human psychology and personality theory, that is based on the idea that each person has a unique and innate personality structure, or "essence," that shapes the way they see the world and themselves.
The questions are not customizable. Each question will load progressively, without the ability to skip or go back.
Results will appear within the candidate report:
Please note that personality tests are not peer-reviewed science and are not recommended for use during hiring processes.
