During an interview, candidates can use AI Chat when prompted. Before the interview starts, ensure you've customized your default interview settings.
There are three options to select from the settings:
- If On, a candidate will be able to open the AI Chat window without needing permission. Once turned on, 5 messages are included per interview, but you can unlock unlimited messages by adding your own API key.
- Alternatively, if set to Off, by default candidates cannot use AI Chat until an interviewer enables it. Interviewers can toggle this feature on by clicking the AI Chat icon shown in the navigation bar on the left.
- If you choose Disabled, interviewers and candidates cannot use AI Chat in the interview.
