First, navigate to Users & Workspaces on your Account Settings page.
User roles
As of February, 2024, there are four user roles described below. Previously, there were three roles, which have been updated accordingly:
- Super Admin is now Owner. There can now be multiple users with this role.
- Admins are now Managers. Permissions remained the same.
- Viewers remained the same.

Note: If you just want to give an individual access to conduct interviews, consider using an interview passcode instead.
ATS Permissions
Additionally, if you have the API add-on enabled, Owners can grant any user permission to manage your ATS integrations.
